獨立的非牟利組織健康空氣行動 (Clean Air Network, CAN) 成立於 2009年7月，旨在鼓勵公眾關心空氣污染及其對健康的影響，並就政府過時的空氣質素指標表達意見。CAN希望成為團結香港市民和社會團體的一個網絡，以促請政府將保障公眾健康列為首要任務。
CAN代表將會在PPHK4上, 與大家分享如何透過團結一致, 爭取一片藍天!
