Green Coffee 自2002年成立以來，以推動香港流行音樂創作文化為目標，由活躍於業內的音樂人發起， 並與各音樂界友好合作，舉行各類型的音樂會、製作專輯、舉辦音樂講座和工作坊，亦被邀請成為不同活動的合作夥伴。
不是一隊 band，也不是一個組合，他們就像是一個音樂人的「Social Club」，因此，Green Coffee 的活動範圍及性質也比較廣泛和靈活，不同公司、不同範疇、不同崗位的音樂人，也可以發揮互助互惠的「街坊」精神。平時在商業音樂市場運作內比較少見，或在純商業考慮下比較難發生的 project 或活動，他們希望以 Green Coffee 把業內的音樂人集合起來，做一些大家都覺得有趣或有 point 的事。
五年來，Green Coffee 舉辦了五十多場音樂會和出版三張大碟，隨著其中活躍分子馮穎琪和藍奕邦打進本地流行音樂圈，Green Coffee 踏出了重要的一步，成立 Backstage Live Restaurant－一間以音樂為主的概念餐廳打進中環蘭桂坊一帶。由音樂人創辦，以音樂愛好者為本，Backstage Live Restaurant 提供上佳的演出場地，集結本地及國際的知名音樂人，也成為業餘音樂愛好者重要的成長搖籃。
於 PPHK4 當晚，Green Coffee x Backstage Live Restaurant 創辦人之一、著名作曲填詞人、監製馮穎琪會帶同音樂新星與你分享音樂創作的點滴。
